Role
A senior reviewer is responsible for:- resolving ambiguous cases
- reviewing escalated items
- protecting label quality
- identifying reusable Lucia lessons
- preventing ontology drift
- deciding whether a case is a canon candidate
Triage order
Review escalated cases in this order:- trust-state or overclaiming issues
- safety, money, maintenance, or guest-impacting issues
- owner-overwhelm and emotional containment failures
- intent ambiguity
- canon candidates
- general quality concerns
Adjudication steps
For each adjudicated case:- read the prompt
- read Lucia’s response
- inspect employee review answers
- read notes only as supporting context
- decide final meaning
- assign final labels when needed
- write a short adjudication reason
- mark canon candidate only when the lesson is reusable
