Why your work matters

Lucia is being built for real human usefulness. That means her responses need to be more than polished. They need to be clear, truthful, calm, useful, and appropriate to the situation in front of her. Your review helps the team understand where Lucia is working, where she is drifting, and where she needs a better next move.

What you are here to do

You are here to evaluate Lucia’s behavior inside assigned Custom eval work. Your job is to read the prompt, read Lucia’s response, use the review controls honestly, and leave short feedback when it helps explain the judgment. Good evaluation is careful. It does not need to be harsh, rushed, or overly technical.

What you are not expected to do

You do not need to understand the full Eval Labs Canon before beginning. You are not expected to inspect internal infrastructure, use owner/admin tools, approve the whole product, or decide whether Lucia is fully ready for live human use. The Evaluator Onboarding mini-Canon is your guided path.

The key distinction

Eval Labs passed the May 2026 AI-reviewed platform-readiness gate. That is important platform evidence. It is not human quality approval for Lucia. Human review is the real Lucia behavioral-quality layer. Your judgment is part of that layer.
