- a run does not appear to be yours

- a prompt involves money, safety, guest trust, or owner stress
- you are unsure whether to pass, fail, or escalate
- the UI behaves differently from this guide
What to include
Send a short note with:- the route you were on
- the run or session ID if visible
- the prompt number or prompt text
- what you expected
- what happened instead
- whether you already saved or finalized anything
