Ask for help when

  • a route is blocked
  • you see a surface you were not trained on
  • a run does not appear to be yours
  • Lucia’s response may overclaim
  • a prompt involves money, safety, guest trust, or owner stress
  • you are unsure whether to pass, fail, or escalate
  • the UI behaves differently from this guide

What to include

Send a short note with:
  • the route you were on
  • the run or session ID if visible
  • the prompt number or prompt text
  • what you expected
  • what happened instead
  • whether you already saved or finalized anything

Escalation rule

If the choice is between guessing and asking, ask. Good evaluation signal depends on honest uncertainty.
