durable-media outcome.

Postmark attachment handling
At the verified Engine source checkpoint, Postmark attachments can produce a
durable, renderable media record when the provider evidence and storage outcome
are sufficient. Otherwise, the Engine records an explicit non-renderable
fallback; it does not manufacture a successful storage result. The live
provider evidence, storage environment, fresh durable-media result, and
rendered-media behavior were not reverified on 2026-08-12.
Evidence rule
Do not promote this source contract to current provider or runtime truth without
a dated provider destination and same-message receipt, processing,
durable-media, and render result.
