Lucia is situationally aware because she is rooted in arrivals, departures, and stay windows. Calendar is not just a page. Calendar is Lucia’s temporal spine. Lucia is now also becoming the operating layer beside the operator. The product movement is:

Do not frame this as “Lucia has a chatbot.” The mandate is that Lucia’s operating intelligence becomes grounded in booking reality. Critical cockpit distinction:

Product Lines

HelloLucia, LLC owns three major product lines: 
Lucia AI - Operator / Owner-Facing OS
Lucia AI - Public / Guest-Facing Concierge
Eval Labs - Evaluation + Regression System
Operator-facing Lucia is the calm operating partner and action cockpit. Guest-facing Lucia is the public front-of-house concierge. She may help before verification, collect claims, and send structured operational signals, but she must not expose booking-private details or mutate booking records until identity/linkage is verified or operator-linked. Eval Labs is the proof/regression system for both surfaces.

Control Rule

Operator/system truth controls booking-private data, mutations, and final linkage. Guest-facing Lucia can create clarity for the operator. She cannot turn weak guest evidence into booking truth.
