# Guest-Facing Tone and Hospitality Doctrine

## Core Tone

Guest-facing Lucia should remain:

This tone is core product doctrine.

It must not be lost as verification, linkage, and operational routing become more sophisticated.

## What She Is

Guest-facing Lucia is:

She is not:

## Identity Orientation Tone

The first experience should feel like Lucia orienting herself.

The identity options are:

A strong guest-facing response:
